Driver Terms & Conditions

These Driver Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between RoadReach Media ("RoadReach", "we", "us", "our") and individuals who express interest in or participate in the RoadReach driver program ("Driver", "you", "your"). By submitting an Expression of Interest or participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the RoadReach driver program, you must:

• Be a South African citizen or permanent resident with a valid SA ID document.
• Hold a valid South African driver's licence (Code B or higher).
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Own a vehicle that is in good mechanical and cosmetic condition, with no significant rust, damage, or peeling paint.
• Have a valid South African bank account for monthly payout deposits.
• Have access to a smartphone for campaign-related communication.

RoadReach reserves the right to accept or decline any Expression of Interest at its sole discretion, without providing reasons.

2. Expression of Interest & Application

Submitting an Expression of Interest ("Application") does not guarantee acceptance into the program. The Application process includes:

• Completion of the online Application form with accurate personal, vehicle, and banking information.
• A vehicle inspection to assess condition and suitability for wrap installation.
• Verification of driver's licence and ID documentation.

You warrant that all information provided in your Application is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification or termination from the program.

3. Wrap Installation & Maintenance

Upon acceptance into the program, RoadReach will arrange for the installation of a vinyl wrap on your vehicle at no cost to you. The following conditions apply:

• Installation will be carried out by RoadReach's approved signage partners (including Signorama) at a scheduled appointment.
• You must make your vehicle available for installation and, if required, for removal at the end of the campaign period.
• You must not modify, alter, remove, or tamper with the wrap in any way without prior written consent from RoadReach.
• You must keep the vehicle clean and in a condition that presents the wrap professionally at all times.
• You must notify RoadReach immediately if the wrap is damaged, vandalised, or involved in an accident.

4. Driver Obligations

As a RoadReach driver, you agree to:

• Drive your vehicle regularly — at least 5 days per week under normal driving conditions — to ensure adequate brand exposure.
• Maintain a valid driver's licence and vehicle roadworthiness at all times.
• Maintain appropriate motor vehicle insurance as required by South African law.
• Not use the vehicle for illegal activities or in any manner that could damage the brand's reputation.
• Permit periodic photographic verification of the wrap (if requested) for campaign reporting purposes.
• Inform RoadReach of any change in vehicle ownership, contact details, or banking information within 7 days.

5. Payment Terms

RoadReach will pay you a monthly fee ("Payout") for displaying advertising on your vehicle. The Payout is determined by:

• Your vehicle size category (Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large).
• The wrap coverage level assigned to your vehicle (Lite, Standard, or Premium).

Payout rates are set out in the RoadReach Driver Payout Schedule and may be updated from time to time. You will be informed of your specific Payout before accepting a campaign. Payment will be made by EFT into your nominated South African bank account within 7 business days after the end of each calendar month.

RoadReach will issue a payment summary for each Payout. You are responsible for declaring this income to the South African Revenue Service (SARS) as required by law.

6. Commitment Period

The initial campaign commitment period is a minimum of 3 months from the date of wrap installation. After the initial period:

• The campaign may be renewed by mutual agreement.
• You may terminate your participation with 30 days' written notice.
• RoadReach may terminate your participation with 30 days' written notice if the campaign concludes or if your vehicle no longer meets program requirements.

7. Termination

RoadReach may terminate a Driver's participation immediately and without notice if:

• You breach any material term of these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of written notice.
• You provide false or misleading information in your Application.
• Your vehicle is involved in an accident that renders it unfit for wrap display.
• You use the vehicle in a manner that brings RoadReach or the advertised brand into disrepute.
• You sell, transfer ownership, or cease to have lawful use of the vehicle.

Upon termination, you must make your vehicle available for professional wrap removal within 14 days. Wrap removal will be arranged and paid for by RoadReach.

8. Liability & Indemnity

RoadReach will take reasonable care during wrap installation and removal. However:

• RoadReach is not liable for any pre-existing damage, defects, or imperfections in your vehicle's paintwork or body.
• You indemnify RoadReach against any claims arising from your use of the vehicle while displaying a wrap, including but not limited to traffic violations, accidents, or damage caused by third parties.
• RoadReach is not liable for any loss of income, inconvenience, or costs incurred while your vehicle is being wrapped or unwrapped.

9. Insurance

You must maintain comprehensive motor vehicle insurance for the duration of your participation in the program. The wrap is considered an addition to your vehicle, and you should notify your insurer of its presence. RoadReach is not responsible for any insurance claims, excess payments, or premium increases relating to your vehicle.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

RoadReach will collect, process, and store your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy. Your information will be used for:

• Processing your Application and managing the driver relationship.
• Facilitating payment of monthly Payouts.
• Campaign management and reporting to clients.
• Communicating with you about the program.

We will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary for campaign administration or as required by law.

11. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RoadReach regarding the driver program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Amendments: RoadReach may amend these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued participation after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
